2018年2月5日，JCBI中心在顶级期刊Cell子刊Trends in Biotechnology发表综述文章“Nanotechnology-based strategies for siRNA brain delivery for disease therapy”，文章以siRNA纳米技术为核心，直面siRNA递送过程中面临的生理屏障、病灶靶向性差等问题，系统而全面的梳理了该项技术在脑部疾病治疗方面的优势及近年来所取得的研究成果，并针对其所面临的挑战和研究前景进行客观审视与科学评估。JCBI师冰洋教授为论文通讯作者，郑蒙博士为第一作者，邹艳博士，哈佛大学医学院附属布列根和妇女医院的Omid C. Farokhzad教授和陶伟博士也参与合作。

JCBI published review paper on Cell series
JCBI published a review paper on Trends in Biotechnology——a top journal belongs to Cell series. This paper, with the title of “Nanotechnology-based strategies for siRNA brain delivery for disease therapy”, summarized both advantages and current developments that siRNA nanotechnology applied in cerebral diseases systematically and comprehensively facing the problems concerning to the physical border and low targeting to focus happened in the delivery of siRNA. Objective and scientific assessments pointed to the potential challenges and prospects were also mentioned. Prof. SHI Bingyang and Dr. ZHENG Meng from JCBI are the corresponding author and first author respectively. Dr. ZOU Yang from JCBI and Prof. Farokhzad、Dr. TAO Yu from Department of Anesthesiology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (Harvard University) took part in the cooperation.
Trends in Biotechnology is a top journal in worldwide and the current IF is 11.126.
