1.Develop and implement plans for mental health education activities that enhance the well-being of students in the college. 2.Provide support and guidance to students in need of mental health assistance, and refer them to appropriate resources when necessary. 3.Collaborate with the resident student association, residential warden, and tutor team to cultivate a sense of community among Shaw College members. 4.Act as the first point of contact for emergency alarms related to student safety and health, and intervene in crisis situations as needed. 5.Coordinate and supervise regular beautification projects within the college premises. 6.Assist with administrative tasks in the office, ensuring efficient operations and record-keeping. 7.Take on additional assignments as directed by the supervisor. Working during non-office hours may be needed.

1.Bachelor's degree required. 2.Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. 3.Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. 4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, social media platforms, and design software. 5.Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize a demanding workload, with the capacity to meet deadlines. 6.Preferred background in organizing mental health activities.

Salary and Benefits Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
