1.Responsible for arranging and coordinating daily meetings, receptions, and attendance at various activities for university leaders. 负责校领导的日常会议、接待、各类活动出席的安排及对接; 2.Responsible for managing the daily schedules of university leaders, ensuring reasonable arrangements and timely reminders. 负责校领导日常行程的管理,做到安排合理,及时提醒; 3. Responsible for the conference management of university leaders, such as writing and issuing meeting notices, recording meeting minutes, and other related work. 负责校领导的会务管理,如会议通知的撰写及下发、会议记录、纪要等相关工作; 4. Responsible for the document work of university leaders (in both Chinese and English), such as drafting various activity speeches, report documents, and other materials. 负责校领导的文书工作(中英文),如起草各类活动演讲稿、汇报文件等材料; 5.Assist in the release of various departmental regulations and ensure the smooth transmission of information. 协助部门各项制度的发布,做好信息的上传下达; 6. Responsible for the daily administrative work of the department, such as data management, department budget, department procurement, asset management, etc. 负责部门的日常行政工作,如资料管理、部门预算、部门采购、资产管理等; 7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. 完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求 1.Over 5 years of work experience, with priority given to those who have experience working as university leadership assistants. 具有5年以上工作经验,具备高校领导助理工作经验者优先考虑; 2.Strong execution ability. 具有较强的执行力; 3.Capable of independently managing multiple tasks. 能够独立进行多任务管理; 4.Excellent writing skills in both Chinese and English. 具备优秀的中英文撰写能力; 5.Detail-oriented. 注重细节; 6.Excellent communication skills. 具备优秀的沟通能力。
