1. Assisting the Director in the overall administrative management of the office; 2. Providing support in key areas of strategy planning and data analysis; 3. Assisting the Director to formulate the overall plan on academic programs and institutional research projects, acting as an effective liaison and contact point among the University, Government and Agencies, and providing timely feedback and supports to all the parties; 4. Organizing and coordinating meetings, visits and events; 5. Undertaking other tasks as assigned by the Director.
任职要求
1. A Bachelor’s degree or above; 2. Five years or more experience working in an international research university setting, preferably in support of a major academic unit or office; 3. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; 4. Excellent command of English and Chinese with analytical mind; 5. Excellent time management skill and ability to work under pressure; 6. Familiarity with the academic policies and processes of an international research university.

Salary and Benefits Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
