1. Ph.D. in relevant fields such as Biology, Medicine, Neurobiology; 2. Work experience in research areas such as Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Neurobiology, or Bioinformatics; 3. Proven record of influential original research achievements in the discipline, having the experience of leading provincial or national research projects, along with the strong team leadership skills and scientific research organizational capability; 4. Published multiple research papers as the first author or corresponding author in prominent academic journals; 5. Have good English reading and writing skills, along with strong communication abilities and a spirit of teamwork.
