Apply innovative teaching materials and methods in teaching to ensure the quality and standards. Research 1. Attend research and scholarship activities in the relevant fields. 2. Conduct high-quality research in relevant fields. Practical Service Participate in the college's Sino-foreign cooperation and integration of industry and education practice. Undertake duties assigned by the College with high performance in execution.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS &EXPERIENCES The successful candidate should have: ● A PhD degree or an equivalent doctoral degree; ● Discipline in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Management Science and Engineering, Data Science, E-commerce, Computer Science and Technology or in a related area; ● Self-motivated for innovative teaching with knowledge of relevant developments in learning and teaching practices; ● Excellent communication, presentation and personnel interaction skills; ● Strong leadership, proactive and good initiates, be able to bring positive influence; ● Fast learning abilities and capable to find rooms for improvement and able to propose solution; ● Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French/German is a plus; ● International working experiences and /or educational background is preferred. ● Working experience in hotel management, E-commerce or information technology is preferred.
