任职要求
有良好的学术声誉和学术领导能力，已取得国际同行公认的标志性成果，近五年科研成果丰富，来校后能担任本学科带头人。如国家重大人才项目入选者或学术水平与之相当者。原则上年龄不超55周岁。Having a solid academic reputation anddemonstrated leadership in academia,individualswhohave accomplishedinternationally acknowledged milestones andhave a robust record of research achievementsover the last five years are well-positioned tolead their disciplines.Candidates,preferablyunder 55 years old, should be align with thestandards set by Distinguished Talents programsor possess equivalent academic credentials.申请人如具备以下条件，可优先考虑： （5）The candidates who meet the following conditions will be prefertable: 1.具有博士生导师资格； Doctoral supervisor qualification; 2.曾在知名学术机构担任职务。 Having held positions in well-known academic institutions.
