应聘条件
●具有国内外知名高校相关学科（电子工程、集成电路、精密仪器、光学、机械、工业工程、材料、物理、应用物理、化工、化学、计算机等）的博士学位；有突出产业贡献或丰富工程实践经历的优先考虑，学历要求可适当放宽,学术成果要求可适当放宽。
●在学院布局领域具有高水平的科研学术能力；
●具备独立指导研究生能力；
●能够胜任科研、教学与人才培养等任务；
●认同南方科技大学的办学理念，具有创新意识和团队合作精神，学术科研道德良好。
Job qualifications:
●A PhD degree in a relevant field or discipline (Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Precision Engineering, Optical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Engineering, and others) from a globally recognized university. Priority will be given to those with outstanding industry contributions or practical engineering experiences. For applicants from industry, the educational background and academic records can be flexible upon demonstration of major industrial expertise and contributions.
●Demonstrated R&D capability in one of the four focus areas of the college.
●Capable of independently supervising graduate students.
●Proven ability to undertake tasks in research, teaching and industry collaboration.
●Alignment with the educational philosophy of Southern University of Science and Technology, with a demonstrated innovative mindset, team spirit, and high academic ethics.

岗位待遇

Salary and benefits:
●Appointed as a professor of the following tracks: tenured or tenure-track (independent PI), research track, or professor of practice track at Southern University of Science and Technology. The university provides globally competitive salary and benefits, and attractive working and research conditions.
●Qualified as a supervisor for Ph.D. or Master students, with preferential support for recruiting Ph.D. and Master students in the first two years.
●Assistance in applying for national, provincial, municipal, and university talent programs.
●Assistance in applying for start-up funding and matching funds.
●Assistance with school enrollment arrangements for children.
Specific issues can be discussed and arranged based on the needs of individual faculty members.
