1、 Provide support for management of the early careers programs, including the coordination of activities for intern programs and Digital Graduate Program 2、 Support the enhancement of employer branding initiatives, including improvements to our Early Careers website, managing content for our LinkedIn account, developing policy on employer branding awards 3、 Provide support for annual employee engagement survey and involvement in implementation of potential new vendors and frameworks 4、 Help to create an amazing new joiner experience through automation of HR processes, improvement of resources for employees and managers, and creating a memorable experience
任职要求
1、 Excellent English & Chinese communication both in Speaking & Writing 2、Able to work 3 days / per week 3、 Basic HR knowledge is preferred
