Job responsibility: 1. Assist the various tasks related to the infrastructure construction and renovation projects of the institute. 2. Assist the coordination of the office space of the institute and the renovation project related. 3. Assist in the bidding process of purchasing and renovation project. 4. Coordinate with the Building Service Company on JI building’s management &maintenance. 5. Coordinate the public facilities management &maintenance in JI. 6. Assist in fixed assets registration and management. 7. Support the flood control and typhoon prevention related work. 8. Provide logistic support to JI major events and Labor Union activities. 9. Arrange and coordinate the visits to JI. 10. Provide secretary support for JI faculty and lecturers if required. 11. Provide logistic support for JI summer program faculty. 12. Deal with reimbursement as necessary. 13. Assist in organizing various meeting and take the meeting minutes if necessary. 14. Collect data and information for the whole institute. 15. Draft report, policy, regulation etc. 16. Achieve any other administrative tasks that might be assigned.

研究生教育学历,硕士及以上学位 Job requirement: 1. Master’s Degree or above, majoring in engineering, civil engineering, and design is preferred. 2. Good English language written and verbal skills. 3. Professional, responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented personality. 4. Good at communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Customer care skills. 6. Basic IT skills. 7. One year full-time employment experience in administration services, or customer services, infrastructure construction project management is a plus.
