1. Assisting in the administrative work to academic staffs in applying and organizing research programmes; 2. Providing assistance in issues related to research programmes; 3. Integrating various research resources from the national, provincial and local levels; 4. Document filing, organizing and maintaining; 5. Keeping liaison with the academics and Research Administration Office from University; 6. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
任职要求
1. A Bachelor’s degree or above; 2. At least 1-year post-qualification administrative or relevant experience, preferably with experience on academic and teaching support in tertiary institutions; 3. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese; 4. Strong communication and management skills; 5. Capability for working independently when required and as part of an integrated team in a fast-paced environment.
