1.Course/Lab schedule arrangements; 2.Advise students on course selection and registration; 3.Degree audit and management of academic credentials; 4.Course reviews and teaching evaluations; 5.Recruitment, training and evaluation for teaching assistants; 6.Management of exams and grades; 7.Support undergraduate students research programs; 8.Application of academic awards and funds; 9.Creation, maintenance of confidential academic archives; 10.Maintenance of academic data; 11.Management of teaching supplies; 12.Arrangements of teaching space; 13.Support the writing center; 14.Other tasks assigned by the line manager. 15.The above job responsibilities are shared with other members in the office.
任职要求
1.Master degree or above; 2.Good English/Chinese written and verbal skills; 3.Professional, well-organized and detail-oriented personality; 4.Good communication and interpersonal skills; 5.Overseas study experience will be an advantage.
