1.Work closely with the academic team on the yearly curriculum review and course development process to fully understand course offerings and changes and the faculty who will be teaching. 2.Coordinate with academic office and other Tsinghua schools to advise and direct scholars to relevant credit bearing courses in other Tsinghua University Schools and Departments. 3.Regularly follows up and communicates with student academic status, provides academic resources information and guidance. 4.Mind student’s academic development, provide instruction to those who are in special need and report to supervisor as related. 5.Coordinate with academic office and other Tsinghua schools to advise and direct scholars to relevant credit bearing courses in other Tsinghua University Schools and Departments. 6.Coordinate with all relevant Schwarzman College departments to understand the many facets of the program to ensure that scholars know about all curricular, co-curricular, and programmatic offerings related to their interests and future plans; recommend curricular and co-curricular opportunities to further learning in areas of interest, including interests developed in connection to Deep Dive and/or Practical Training Project. 7.Present academic requirements during orientation and design effective advising sessions for orientation. 8.Review course evaluation and enrollment information and make recommendations to academic team on student feedback about individual courses and faculty. 9.Provide information on course quality and student feedback about courses. 10.Responsible for instructing the course management and shaping faculty community. Regularly organize faculty meeting. 11.Participate in drafting report, organizing events. Support the daily administrative work as assigned.
