1. Leading a team to develop the key areas of academic planning, strategy planning and development of the University;
2. Promoting, monitoring and analyzing the ranking performance of the University;
3. Providing support for the government affairs of the University;
4. Undertaking other tasks as assigned by VP (Academic).
任职要求
1. A Master’s degree or above from a reputable university;
2. At least 10 years’ post-qualification administrative and tertiary institutions experience;
3. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
4. Excellent command of English and Chinese, in both writing and speaking;
5. Outstanding time management skill and ability to work under pressure;
6. Familiarity with the academic policies, processes and ranking of international research universities.

Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
