Job Requirement
·To support the Head of Global Affairs in all dimensions in relation to the University’s academic and non-academic partnership and global collaboration;
·To lead and manage a range of projects supporting the development and maintenance of external partnerships;
·To oversee and manage all aspects relating to student exchange programmes (both incoming and outgoing), from agreement to liaison with partners and faculties;
·To systematically collect, maintain, and analyse data relating to the University’s global activities;
·To devise, maintain and continually improve high-quality information for internal as well as external users, such as marketing material, website content, social media to name a few;
·To plan, organise and execute regional and global outreach activities;
·To organise and/or participate in high-profile incoming and outgoing visits and/or trips linked to the development and maintenance of international partnership as well as the University’s involvement in international organisations;
·To support the organisation and delivery of events relating to global partnership;
·To contribute to office administration;
·To perform any other duties assigned and delegated by the Head of Office of Global Affairs;
Requirement
·A Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration/International Education/ Education Administration/Public Relations/Law/International Relations & Communication;
·Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in the Higher Education (HE) sector and with experience in global affairs, student exchange programmes, or international partnership;
·Good knowledge and understanding of HE Institutions locally, regionally, and internationally and relevant policies, issues, and performances (in-depth understanding of the sector in Mainland China would be a plus);
·Experience in collating and analysing qualitative and quantitative forms of information and data as well as in drafting reports, briefing materials and presentations for a range of audiences including senior management would be advantageous;
·Good interpersonal, analytical and intercultural communication skills;
·Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese with good business writing skill;
·Local residents preferred under same conditions.
