深圳技术大学是深圳市委市政府高标准、高规格建设的一所公办普通本科高校,

四、考核
1.初审:各学院在系统对应聘者进行初步筛选,通知符合条件者参加第一轮面试;
2.面试:包含各学院对应聘者进行思想政治、教学科研等方面的考察及学校人事教授委员会综合面试考察。
3.经学校审议后确定拟聘用人选。
五、录用
录用人员原则上应在获取录用通知后3个月内到岗,各单位可根据实际工作需要与拟录用人员协商到岗时间,最长不超过一年。逾期未办理入职手续者,将视为放弃岗位,不予录用。
Recruitment of Global Teaching and Research Talents (Including Academic Leaders)
Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU), formally established on November 30, 2018 with the approval of the Ministry of Education, is a high-standard public undergraduate university, with the vision of establishing an international, high-level and exemplary research-oriented technology university. The University was founded under the historical background of national industrial structure transformation and upgrading, and the strategic opportunity of constructing “twin zones” in Shenzhen, for meeting the requirement for development of high-end manufacturing industry. As rooted in China, SZTU has been committing to the establishment of a first-class research and technology university based on the motto of “Seek Truth Pursue Excellence”, so as to cultivate high-quality and application-oriented talents with global vision and innovative and entrepreneurial abilities for China.
SZTU is located in the
eastern part of Shenzhen - Pingshan District, and connected with the downtown
through Nanping Expressway, Outer Ring Expressway, Metro Line 14 and Line 16;
as for Metro Line 16, there is “Technology University Station”. The surrounding
rivers, wetlands and mountains make the campus a quiet and beautiful place for
studying.

1. Market competitive salary and a stable salary increase mechanism.
2. After joining us, those who successfully apply for the special positions of “Shenzhen Peacock Project” may enjoy generous posting incentives and research support.
3. Outstanding overseas youth scholars can be directly appointed as “Runyuan Youth PI”, enjoying special remuneration and the support for full-time research staff.
4. Housing policy: We will provide relocation housing, and preferential rent; those who meet the conditions can enjoy the housing guarantee for high-grade, advanced and urgent talents, which shall be subject to the final release by Shenzhen Municipal Government.
5. Those who meet the conditions of newly introduced doctoral talents in Shenzhen can apply for living allowance of RMB 100,000.
6. The affiliated education group has a full chain of educational institutions including a kindergarten and an affiliated secondary school. The East Campus of Shenzhen Senior High School is adjacent to the University, which implements a 12-year consistent education system, involving primary, junior high and senior high schools; therefore, we can help to solve the problem of children education through various channels.
7. There are safe, hygienic and varied cuisines, and all can enjoy monthly meal allowance.
IV. Assessment
1. Preliminary screening: Each college will perform preliminary screening, and notify the eligible candidates for the first round of interview;
2. Interview: Including the review of ideological and political, teaching and research aspects, as well as comprehensive interview by the Committee of Professors.
3. The intended employment will be determined after deliberation.
V. Appointment
In principle, the appointed personnel shall report to duty within 3 months after receiving the acceptance notification; each unit may negotiate with the proposed staff on the specific time, which shall not be longer than one year. The failure in handling the entry formalities will be regarded as the abandoning of the position.
