一、学院介绍

南京大学电子科学与工程学院是电子信息领域人才培养和科学研究的重要基地之一,在历次学科评估中均名列前茅。学院师资力量雄厚,科研成果丰硕,拥有专任教师107人,包括中科院院士等国家级人才30余位。学院拥有教育部学者创新团队、科技部重点领域创新团队和3个国家自然科学基金委创新群体,形成了一支结构合理、多元化、具有较强创新能力的教学科研人才队伍。学院坚持以科学技术前沿和国家重大需求为导向,承担了大量的国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学重点基金等重大科技计划项目,以及省部、地方和大型高科技企业合作的研发项目,产生了较大社会效益和经济效益,获得国家级、省部级科研成果奖10余项,其中国家自然科学二等奖2项,技术发明二等奖1项。

二、招聘岗位设置

南京大学电子科学与工程学院拟面向全球招聘有志于从事电子信息领域的优秀青年人才到学院工作。本次拟招聘研究方向:

1.成像探测与计算感知(准聘助理教授1名)

2.超导单光子探测(准聘助理教授1名)

3.宽禁带半导体光电子器件(准聘助理教授1名)

三、应聘条件

1.遵守中华人民共和国法律和法规,热爱教学科研事业;

2.具有良好的师德师风,恪守学术道德,勤勉工作,无犯罪记录,无违反师德师风和学术道德惩处记录;

3.一流的学术背景:具有相关学科领域的博士学位,具有一流教学科研机构的学习、工作经验,熟悉相关领域国际前沿的研究动态。其中助理教授要求(博士毕业从事学术研究两年以上),准聘副教授要求(博士毕业从事学术研究4年以上);

4.出色的教学能力:应具有能够胜任本专业核心基础课程和前沿课程的教学能力,掌握良好的教学方法,具有较强的语言表达能力

5.突出的科研成果显示度与未来科研发展潜力:应有相关研究方向的成果显示度,对相关研究领域有原创性观点,未来研究计划思路清晰,具有较好的学术潜力。

Recruitment announcements of tenure-track positions in 2023

I. About the School

The School of Electronic Science and Engineering is one of the important schools in Nanjing University for personnel training and scientific research in the field of electronics and information technology. It ranks A-class in electronic science and technology in China Discipline Evaluation due to its strong human resources and fruitful scientific achievements. Our institute has 107 full-time teaching staffs, including 2 Academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences and more than 30 nation-level professors. The college has Innovation teams of Changjiang Scholars of the Ministry of Education and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, forming a diversified teaching and research team with reasonable structure and strong innovation ability. The school is guided by the forefront of science and technology and major national needs and undertakes a large number of national key research projects as well as other research projects in cooperation with provinces, local governments and high-tech enterprises. These research projects and findings have produced great social and economic benefits and won more than 10 national and provincial awards for its scientific research achievements, including 2 Second Class National Natural Science Award and 1 Second Class Prize of Technological Invention.

II. Positions

The School of Electronic Science and Engineering, Nanjing University, plans to recruit three tenure-track professors from all over the world in the following fields:

(1) Computational sensing, imaging and perception

(2) Superconducting single photon detection

(3) Optoelectronic devices based on wide-gap-band semiconductor

III. Qualifications

The applicant should

(1) Obey laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and have great interests in teaching and research;

(2) Good teaching and academic ethics, working diligently, no criminal records, no punishment records of teaching and academic ethics;

(3) Top-level academic background: have a doctoral degree in related disciplines, have study and work experience in the top-level teaching and research institution, and well understand the state of art in related fields. The applicant for Assistant Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than two years after receiving the doctoral degree. The applicant for Associate Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than four years after receiving the doctoral degree;

(4) Top-level academic background: have a doctoral degree in related disciplines, have study and work experience in the top-level teaching and research institution, and well understand the state of art in related fields;

(5) Outstanding research achievements and potential: have good research achievements and original views on relevant research fields, have clear organizations of future research plan, and good academic potential.

V. Compensation Package and Support

A successful applicant will be provided with:
