Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in the academic affairs of the undergraduate and research postgraduate programs, such as teaching arrangement, graduation audition, scholarship arrangement, student enquiries and applications, etc.;
2. Providing support to student’s activities of undergraduate and research postgraduate programs;
3. Providing secretarial support to different committees, such as writing reports and minutes;
4. Liaising with Registry Office, Graduate School and other university’s departments;
5. Undertaking other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or higher, preferably with relevant working experience;
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
3. A good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Good data analysis skill would be a plus;
4. Detail-oriented, a strong sense of responsibility and initiative;
6. Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
