Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assistance in promoting whole-person education through various forms of exchanges and learning experience liaison with university departments, etc.
2. Assisting in the general administrative work, including hostel allocation, information management, hostel regulations and procedure implementing and other admin support related to students;
3. Assisting in establishment of a harmonious hostel culture by engaging with residential teams and relevant departments; The incumbent may need to work during non-office hours for student activities and related affairs;
4. Assisting to provide youth service, guidance and consultation to students if possible;
5. Providing effective support to the daily work in college, and supporting the whole team as a team player;
6. Undertaking other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree or above;
2.1years student-related working experience;
3. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
4. Excellent management and communication skills;
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software – Excel in particular, and student information database.
6. Capability of working independently and as part of an integrated team in a fast-paced work environment with a strong sense of responsibility and positive spirit, the willingness to work non-office hours;
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
