Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement various student events and activities.
2. Support the whole department as a team leader, providing guidance and support to team members.
3. Foster and maintain good relationships with student organizations and provide guidance as needed.
4. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree or above, relevant working experience in organizing activities, preferably in tertiary institutions.
2. Have passion in education and be creative in organizing student activities
3. Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate a team; excellent communication skills to interact with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders; ability to identify and address challenges, and find effective solutions.
4. Good written skills in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Office software
5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
