1. Make good use of program-related knowledge and expertise to carry out university teaching and practical project tasks.
2. Undertake duties assigned by the School with high performance in execution.
Requirements:
Candidates should have a passion for education, an open-minded personality with the willingness to work together with companies and to do applied research.
1. Ph.D. degree;
2. A high level of English language proficiency is required to undertake full English taught course(s);
3. Candidates must have a strong commitment to effective teaching, productive research, and quality services to the school, the university, and the society;
4. Candidates shall have the ability to work collaboratively, willing to work with colleagues to carry out the duties of school.
5. Working experience in companies/institutions/organizations outside of the campus is preferred.;
6. International working experiences and/or educational background are a must.
7. Immediate Availability Preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

Candidates are eligible for direct appointment of "Pengcheng Peacock
Plan" with a salary package starting at 740,000 RMB for Assistant
Professors, 840,000 RMB for Associate Professors, and 900,000 RMB for Full
Professors. Research start-up funds ranging from 1 to 10 million RMB are
provided. To support team building, 1-2 full-time research staff and an
unlimited number of postdoctoral researchers will be assigned, with at least
one guaranteed master or doctoral student.3. PhD holders registered as SZ
residency may qualify for a living stipend of 100,000 RMB.4. Individuals who
meet the criteria may benefit from the personal income tax incentives offered
within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.5. The university
provides accommodation with subsidized rent prices. Those eligible may also
have access to expert housing support by Shenzhen Municipal government.6. The
