[研究组简介]

病原菌定量基因组学研究组致力于开发分析大规模基因组数据集的新方法,从历史、功能、医学、生态和进化的角度理解高度重组的细菌物种的遗传变异的原因和后果。Daniel Falush教授毕业于剑桥大学和伦敦大学学院,并曾在东京大学、马克斯普朗克研究所(德国)和牛津大学工作;在高影响期刊(ScienceNatureNature MicrobiologyPLoS GeneticsELife)上发表了80多篇论文,并曾获得国家自然科学基金资深外国学者人才资助等奖项,自2019年以来,一直担任课题组负责人。

The StatisticalGenomicsof Bacterial Pathogens Research Unitdevelops new methods for analyzing large scale genomic datasets. We aim to understand the causes and consequences of genetic variation in highly recombining bacterial species from historical, functional, medical, ecological, and evolutionary perspectives. Prof. Falush graduated from University of Cambridge and University College London, and has worked at the University of Tokyo, the Max Planck Institute (Germany), and the University of Oxford. He has published more than 80 papers in high-impact journals (Science, Nature, Nature Microbiology, PLoS Genetics, ELife) and has been awarded, for example, an NSFC Senior Foreign Talent grant. He has been the group leader of The Unit of Statistical Genetics of Bacteria since 2019.

现因工作需要,病原菌定量基因组学研究组公开招聘研究助理2人和博士后2人。入职后将在课题组长指导下,参与国家重点研发计划,开展副溶血弧菌、幽门螺杆菌等重要病原菌的起源、进化和致病机制研究。

OurGroup is currently recruitingonetworesearch assistantsand two postdocsdue to the requirements of our work.The selected candidatewill work under the guidance of the group leader, participating in aMOSTproject. The research will focus on the origin, evolution, and pathogenic mechanisms of important pathogens such asVibrio parahaemolyticus and Helicobacter pylori.

一、科研助理(生物信息分析方向)Bioinformatician RA(编号:DF-RA-01):1

工作内容:

(一)科研助理(生物信息分析方向)Bioinformatician RA

1.大规模细菌的基因组、转录组等数据分析(Large-scale genomic and transcriptomic data analysis)

2.比较基因组学、基因组流行病学分析(Comparative genomic and genomic epidemiology analysis)

3.协助课题组长完成其他科研相关工作(Assist the project leader to complete other scientific research related work)

(二)科研助理(细菌分子机制方向)Bacterial Molecular Mechanism RA

1.细菌菌株的培养和RNA-seq数据生成(Cultivation and RNA-seq data generation for bacterial strains)

2.细菌的遗传操纵和表型分析(Genetic manipulation and phenotypic analysis of bacteria)

3.协助课题组长完成其他科研相关工作(Assist the project leader to complete other scientific research related work)

应聘条件:

1.拥有微生物学、分子生物学或流行病学等生物医学学士或硕士学位(Possess a bachelor's or master 's degree in biomedicine such as microbiology, molecular biology, or epidemiology)

2.具有具有生物信息学背景或者细菌RNA-seq、遗传操纵和表型实验背景优先(Those with bacterial bioinformatics or experimental background in RNA-seq, genetic manipulation and phenotypic experiments are preferred)

3.具备良好的英文阅读和书写能力(Those are proficient in English reading and writing)

4.为人诚信,严谨踏实,富有较强的独立工作能力、责任心和团队合作精神(Those are honest and careful, with independent working ability, responsibility and strong team spirit)

二、博士后(生物信息分析方向)Bioinformatician Postdoc(编号:DF-P-01):1

工作内容:

(一)博士后(生物信息分析方向)Bioinformatician Postdoc

1.大规模细菌的基因组、转录组等数据分析(large-scale genomic and transcriptomic data analysis)

2.比较基因组学、基因组流行病学分析(comparative genomic and genomic epidemiology analysis)

3.协助课题组长完成其他科研相关工作(Assist the group leader in completing other related research tasks)

(二)博士后(细菌分子机制研究方向)Bacterial Molecular Mechanism Postdoc

1.具有微生物学、分子生物学或流行病学等生物医学博士学位(Possess a doctoral degree in biomedicine such as microbiology, molecular biology, and epidemiology)

2.具有具有生物信息学背景或者细菌RNA-seq、遗传操纵和致病机制背景优先(Those with bacterialbioinformatics or experimental background in RNA-seq, genetic manipulation and pathogenic mechanism are preferred)

3.具备良好的英文阅读和书写能力(Those are proficient in English reading and writing)

5.年龄不超过35(Under the age of 35)

[薪酬待遇与职业发展]

1.提供具有竞争力的薪酬,缴纳五险两金;
