Position Description
We are looking for a talent to support our administration work for the Undergraduate Studies Office and some new programs such as the training to teachers/tutors and the academic cooperation with high schools, the undergraduate elite program. The position will be the liaison between the programs and the students, to ensure the academic welfare of the students.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Coordinate with program heads for the courses, teaching assignments and teachers arrangements in each semester including winter, spring, summer, preparatory courses and any special course arrangement.
· Coordinate with Academic Administration Office for the contracts of the teachers in terms of the teaching assignments part.
· Be in charge of students course enrolments and course final grades reports in each semester for both GT and Technion system.
· Be in charge of UG Teaching data maintenance, updates and reports in the UG database, including the information of teachers/courses/grades/enrolments, etc.
· Work with IT Dept. for developing and improving the functions on the student course enrolment system, UG database system and further the academic system.
· Assist in the applications for teaching-related programs, projects or awards by the education authorities.
· Submit other teaching-related reports or outputs when needed.
· Complete other tasks assigend by the superior.
Required Job Specifications
· Required qualification: master degree or above from an internationally recognized university.
· Required work experience: preferably 1-2 years’ work experience in relevant administration experience in higher educational institutions.

· Multi-task skills;
· Good Microsoft Office skills;
· Good interpersonal skill to work in an international, cross-cultural work environment.
