因工作需要，按照公开招聘和择优录用的原则，先进材料与纳米科技学院Ajit Khosla教授课题组拟招聘工作助理1名。现将有关事宜公告如下：
According to the principle of open recruitment and merit based recruitment, Professor Ajit Khosla research group of the School of Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology intends to recruit a work assistant. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
一、岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
负责Ajit Khosla教授日常事务以及科学研究的协调工作。包括事务联络、财务管理、会议组织筹备、学生及访客的接待与服务等工作；完成Ajit Khosla教授安排的其他相关工作。
Responsible for the daily affairs of Professor Ajit Khosla and the coordination of scientific research. Including affairs liaison, financial management, conference organization and preparation, reception and service of students and visitors; Complete other relevant works arranged by Professor Ajit Khosla.
二、招聘要求 Recruitment Requirements
1.应聘人员应具有良好的思想政治素质和职业道德，遵纪守法，为人正派，乐于奉献，仪表端正，身心健康；
Candidates should have good moral character and professional ethics, observe disciplines and obey laws, decent, willing to dedicated, physically and mentally healthy;
2.具有强烈的事业心、责任感、表达能力强，具有良好的团队协作能力和较强的组织协调沟通能力和公文写作能力；
Have Strong sense of enterprise and responsibility、Have team cooperation ability 、strong organization、coordination and communication ability, and document writing ability; With articulate and Document writing ability;
3.本科及以上学历，理工科背景，热爱科学，具有材料、物理、化学等相关专业学习背景者优先；
Bachelor degree level up in Science or Engineering, love science and technology , Candidates with material, physics, chemistry and other related professional learning background are preferred;
4.英语四级以上，具有较好的外语水平，能熟练使用英语完成岗位工作；
CET-4 or above,Proficient in English are required for the positions;
5.能全职到岗，服从岗位安排，熟练使用计算机办公软件，能熟练使用Adobe，CAD等软件者优先。
Be able to be on duty full-time and obey the post arrangement, Having prior knowledge of using Microsoft office, Adobe, CAD etc will be an advantage.
三、管理方式与待遇Management method and Remuneration
1.管理方式采用派遣方式，劳动关系由派遣公司管理;

2.工资将根据上述要求标准判定，薪资范围6000-12000元人民币/月。
Salary will be based on the above criterion. Salary range 6-12k per month.
四、招聘程序 Hiring Process

2.学院将对应聘人员统一进行资格审查，通过初审者，进行面试，确定考察人选。
