Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist in student affairs related work;
2. Assist in planning, organizing and coordinating student activities;
3. To provide general administrative support to the School’s student care team;
4. Undertaking any other duties assigned by the supervisor, working during non-office hours will be needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. A Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. At least one year’s relevant work experience, preferably with tertiary institutions;
3. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
4. Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Ability to work independently, initiatively and resourcefully to take full responsibility for completion of tasks;
6. Being organized and proactive at work;
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
