The International United College (IUC) was
formally established in November 2018, focusing on the national
innovation-driven development strategy and industrial restructuring and
transformation and upgrading, with a focus on the win-win cooperation with
international famous universities including University of Aberdeen, Curtin
University, Australia, St. Louis University, U.S.A, the University of Nice,
France, and the University of Tours, France. The cooperation focuses on the
development of new engineering in the field of new information technology, new
engineering and economics in the field of information technology,
interdisciplinary subjects in management field, foreign languages and other
disciplines.
（二）软件学院
软件学院是2004年经广东省教育厅批准设置的首批省级示范性软件学院之一，软件学院拥有学士、硕士和博士后人才培养体系。
软件学院开办的“软件工程”专业，具有良好的办学积淀，人才培养和科学研究具有良好的社会美誉度。软件学院“软件工程”专业是首批“国家级一流本科专业”、广东省重点专业，软件工程专业已经通过了IEET国际专业认证。
软件学院拥有教育部产学协同育人项目研发基地、广东省“互联网+教育”云服务工程技术研究中心、广东省软件工程实验教学示范中心、广东省产学研用协同培养卓越软件工程师基地、广东省智能软件示范性产业学院、广东省“软件工程专业核心课程群”教学团队等教学科研平台。软件学院是教育部-华为“智能基座”产教融合人才培养单位。《软件构造》课程已经获批国家教育部首批“国家级一流本科课程”，《C语言程序设计》《数据结构与算法》《团队激励与沟通》《软件构造》《人机交互的软件工程方法》《人工智能哲学与伦理》等六门课程已经获批广东省“一流本科课程”。
在“2021软科中国最好学科排名”中，华南师范大学软件工程位列全国高校第18名（全国前11.11%）、广东省高校第2名、全国师范大学第2名。

（1）学校待遇。一类青年英才聘特聘研究员，聘期三年。
薪酬由基本工资和年度奖励绩效组成，合计32万元/年，另提供租房补贴2.4万元/年。三项合计34.4万元/年。
（2）学院待遇。国际联合学院首聘期另补贴4万元/年；科研启动经费10万元。
如果具有工作经历、达到学校副教授申报条件的一类青年英才，软件学院首聘期另外补贴10万元/年，科研启动经费10万元。
如果是应届毕业博士的一类青年英才，软件学院首聘期另外补贴8万元/年，科研启动经费10万元。
（3）其他福利。子女可按规定申请入读华南师范大学附属幼儿园、小学。在房源许可的前提下，可申请租住南海校区周转房（不再享受租房补贴）。

(1) Rewards from SCNU: Young Talents will be employed for a term of 3 years as Special Research Fellow. The candidate will be rewarded with a yearly salary of 320,000 Yuan (includes basic wage and annual rewards), and a yearly housing allowance of 24,000 Yuan. The package of salary and benefits will be 344,000 Yuan per year.
Performance Bonus: During the term of employment, young talents who have obtained the scientific research performance stipulated by the school with SCNU as the first signed unit can enjoy the performance bonus during the current employment period. In principle, other performance bonus at the university level will not be enjoyed.

2.引进待遇：二类青年英才聘特聘副研究员，聘期三年，基本工资和年度奖励绩效合计27万元/年，另提供租房补贴2.4万元/年，合计29.4万元/年。
国际联合学院首聘期另外补贴3万元/年，科研启动经费6万元。

聘特聘副研究员，聘期两年，基本工资和年度奖励绩效合计22万元/年。聘期（两年）内取得重要科研进展的优秀博士后，可申请延期一年并根据所获业绩成果提高薪金待遇。
（2）学院待遇
国际联合学院首聘期另补贴4万元/年；科研启动经费4万元。
软件学院首聘期另补贴13万/年，科研启动费2万。

1. 引进条件：获博士学位，教学能力强，符合学校招聘条件与学院岗位需求。预聘制人员与学校签订聘用合同，聘期四年，聘期内可通过高级专业技术职务的晋升转为长期聘用。
1. Requirements：Candidates should giant doctorate degree, and have greater ability of teaching, meet the university’s basic criteria as well as the college’s specific requirements. Permanent employment can be offered once the candidate obtains a senior professional title during the first four-year employment contract with the university. The candidates should be able to teach fully in English or bilingually.
2. 引进待遇：工资待遇参照学校事业编制人员的有关规定执行；依法参加养老、医疗、工伤、失业、生育等社会保险和缴存住房公积金，享受相应待遇。
