Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist the HSS postgraduate admission team in programmes campaign, consultation and admission;
2. Organize and support various online and offline admission talks;
3. Assist the administrative work for postgraduate programme admission;
4. Undertake other assignment assigned by supervisor;
5. Liaison with academics, students and other University departments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A Bachelor or above degree;
2. At least 3-5 years of relevant working experiences, preferably with experience on having marketing or promotion skills in tertiary institutions or educational industries;
3. Strong interpersonal skills and willing to take stressful work;
4. Strong skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media operation (WeChat official account, Bilibili, etc.);
5. A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
6. Ability to work independently, initiatively and willing to take frequent business trip.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
