1. To assist the College Master, Associate College Master and College Manager in building external networks, profiles and reputation; 2. Supervise two staff members to ensure the College’s events and public relations activities are delivered to the highest standards; 3. End-to-end event management including supervising design concept, supplier liaison, pre and post-marketing, venue fit-out, guest experience; 4. Oversee the College’s social media, website and publications to enhance reputation and profile among current students, the wider University community and external stakeholders; 5. Identify opportunities to enhance graduate employment outcomes and provide advice to students on developing soft skills and business networking; 6. Cultivate links with prospective industry partners and foster relationships with alumni to enhance opportunities for current students; 7. Provide support to University-level externally facing events and initiatives when necessary; 8. Undertake other duties as assigned by the College Manager.
任职要求
1. A bachelor’s degree or above (candidates with qualifications in marketing, public relations or human resources would be highly regarded); 2. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (i.e., experience working in higher education/career counseling/event management/marketing); 3. An established network of industry contacts in Shenzhen or the wider Guangdong – Hong Kong – Macao Greater Bay Area would be advantageous 4. Passionate about the student experience and a strong commitment to the role of education in nurturing future leaders; 5. Excellent communication skills and good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; 6. Able to work independently, take the initiative and a strong work ethic to complete tasks assigned; 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office software and good IT literacy; 8. Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment with a strong sense of responsibility and positive spirit and willing to work flexibly outside of normal office hours.

Salary and Benefits Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
