1. Assisting in making budget plans and execute them efficiently, purchasing lab equipment and supplies. Keeping all associated receipts, records, and documents for financial management and reimbursement. Reporting regularly to director about their finance situation of the research group, and be familiar with related finance process and regulations; 2. Assisting in laboratory recruitment including drafting enrollment advertisements, screening resumes, organizing interview and other relevant matters; 3. Assisting in applying for scientific research projects, tracking and supervising the project execution schedule and coordinating acceptance of projects; 4. Organizing regular meeting, reserving meeting room, managing office supplies and lab assets and receiving visitors; 5. Collecting and archiving the related achievements, information and materials of the research group; 6. Providing administrative service and coordination among departments/units; 7. Completing other tasks assigned by the director of the research group.
任职要求
1. A Master degree (or equivalent) or a higher degree; 2. At least 3 years’ post-qualification administrative or relevant experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector; 3. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; 4. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; 5. The ability to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of tasks.

Salary and Fringe Benefits Salary will be comparable to international standards, commensurate with experience and accomplishments. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-Shenzhen, and employee benefits will be provided according to the relevant labor laws of Mainland China as well as CUHK-Shenzhen regulations.
