1. Serve as the secretary of various university level and graduate school level postgraduate related committees; 2. Prepare the annual “Quality Report of Graduate School”; 3. Review and proof-read all outbound official documents of Graduate School; 4. Other duties as assigned by the School Manager and School Deans.
任职要求
1. A master’s degree or higher; 2. At least 8 (7 for Assistant Manager) years of extensive administrative or relevant work experience, with at least 3-5 years at supervisory level in higher education sectors, preferably in a graduate school; 3. Excellent command of written and spoken language skills in both English and Chinese, and familiarity with basic office software; 4. Strong logical and analytical skills; excellent management and communication skills; 5. Capability of working independently and as part of an integrated team in a fast-paced work environment, initiative and proactive.
