1. Be responsible for the publicity, management and communication of the external image of the College; 2. Be responsible for the writing, proofreading and publishing of Chinese and English write-ups; 3. Be responsible for planning and organizing activities and providing administrative support; 4. To provide pastoral care to students, handle student affairs and deal with enquiries; 5. To be responsible for the management of function rooms, maintenance of college facilities and other administrative affairs; 6. Lead students to organize and plan activities and develop a positive College culture.
任职要求
1. The minimum degree is a bachelor’s degree; 2. At least 3 years of relevant working experiences in publicity and communications; 3. Strong Chinese and English writing skills; expertise in writing and proofreading various of articles and reports; 4. Have a can-do attitude, open to new tasks and accept flexible boundaries in terms of working hours; 5. Good leadership skills, communication skills, organizational skills and problem-solving skills; 6. Basic knowledge or experience in student affairs, psychology or social work are preferable.

Salary and Benefits Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
