Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating the planning, organization, and execution of student events and activities;
2. Collaborating with students, faculty, and staff to develop and implement innovative initiatives that enhance student engagement;
3. Assisting with the coordination of the internal and external affairs of the office;
4. Undertaking other duties as assigned by the office.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A Bachelor degree, a higher degree and overseas higher education background would be advantageous;
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders;
4. Excellent command of English and Chinese, in both writing and speaking;
5. Prior experience in student affairs, event management, or related roles is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
