Specialist of AMC (Admissions, Marketing and Communication) Department
4.Job Responsibilities
1)Execute recruitment and outreach strategies to achieve enrolment goals
2)Provide prospective students with detailed information about program offerings, entry requirements, and application deadlines
3)Frequently travel to attend recruitment fairs, events, and school visits
4) Plan and coordinate the logistics of recruitment activities, including travel arrangements and event organization
5)Be available for occasional evening and weekend work
6) Manage and maintain recruitment databases and lead generation tools to ensure accurate records
7) Assist in preparing materials for marketing and recruitment purposes
8) Maintain accurate student records and ensure all related documentation is up-to-date
9)Monitor admissions trends and prepare reports to support decision-making
10)Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
5.Job Requirements
1)Bachelor’s degree or above
2)Strong communication skills, responsible, efficient, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
3)Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
4)Familiarity with modern technology and social media platforms
5)2-5 years of work experience; experience in the education industry is preferred
6)Admissions experience in an international or bilingual school is an advantage
1)Marketing or sales experience an extra bonus
7)Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
8)Fluent in spoken and written English
9)Fluent German is an extra bonus
