任职要求
拥有良好的学术领导能力，已取得国内同行公认的标志性成果，近五年科研成果丰富，来校后能担任本学科或方向带头人。原则上年龄不超过50周岁。Having a solid academic reputation anddemonstrated leadershipinacademia,individualswhohaveaccomplishedinternationally acknowledged outcome and havea robust record of research achievements overthe last five years are well-positioned to leadtheir disciplines.Candidates,preferably under50 years old, should be align with the standardsset by Leading Talents programs or possessequivalent academic credentials.申请人如具备以下条件，可优先考虑： （5）The candidates who meet the following conditions will be prefertable: 1.具有博士生导师资格； Doctoral supervisor qualification; 2.曾在知名学术机构担任职务。 Having held positions in well-known academic institutions.
