任职要求
1. 专业经验:具有10年大型企业或医药行业的行政管理经验,有行政总监或相当职位的工作经验者优先; 2. 领导能力:具备优秀的团队管理、领导和组织协调能力,具备解决复杂问题的能力,能够带领行政团队高效完成工作; 3. 教育背景;硕士以上学历,行政管理、人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业者优先; 4. 语言能力:具备在英文环境下胜任岗位职责的能力。 5. 特别优秀者,可适当放宽任职条件。 1. 10+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in large enterprises or the pharmaceutical industry. 2.
